Does your horse make you laugh most days?

You made me realise my new one is the first one I've had that so far hasn't made me laugh on the ground. She hasn't showed me any sense of humour yet. However she makes me laugh every time I ride her. Not because she does anything more the fact she doesn't really. She does love going fast. She knows her show pattern off by heart and if I just sit there she will do it on her own. But she is so good if at any point I ask for something else she just does it :)

I'd only had her 6 wks and had to turn her away while I recover from ankle surgery. Friends are looking after her. I get to see her twice a week and she surprised me by calling to me when I arrived. She cuddles me A LOT :)

That sounds very much like my old mare - she would never do anything humorous on the ground (I had her 30 years) - it would have been way too demeaning. She did do funny things when she was ridden though, especially in her later years when she was a fantastic school mistress for several people. :)
 
My daughters 5 yr old pony is just the loveliest sweetest pony ever and she just makes me laugh because she tries so hard and so wants to be good and have attention!
 
my mare had me in stitches today. like a coiled spinet to turn out, has a good gallop, huge buck, slams on the breaks, head strait down to eat
 
They do make me chuckle!

I keep mint crumbles in a drawer next to the stable for when my blood sugar feels low (I know they're a granny sweet but they do the job, are yummy and I can share them with Red :D)

Anyway, took a hoof pick out of the drawer earlier and he put his head in and had the lot! Charming. X

Daemon was eating hayage out of the large bale in my barn yesterday and when I told him to hop it, rather than walk round the edge like a normal animal, he decided to jump it. Diagonally... Mental!

I love him too (as you probably guessed!). :) I think it's very funny how he was just strolling along, had a crazy 3 seconds and then just strolls along again. :p

D obviously understands every word you say and follows them literally! :)
