I have reported it to the RSPCA, and had their bog standard reply about there being an ongoing investigation about this guy. I would love to swing him about by his ears!!

The Kennel Club are also after him, as he's claiming to be a 'Kennel Club Registered Trainer' when there is no such scheme - only an accreditation scheme, which he is not part of! The gundog trainers on that FB group were all pretty disgusted too.

If there is an ongoing investigation, then I'm afraid all you can get legally is a 'bog standard' reply. They cannot give out details of anything during any live investigation.
