My dog will not stand still to be measured. . . i got one measurement of 60 and another of 65. . .

is it best to go with a smaller size or a larger one?

I went for bigger because if its too small it doesnt cover up her bottom!

Get a helper to bribe the dog with food, and take another measurement!
