Dog Daisies?

Does anyone know if dog daisies are poisonous to horses?

We've bought a huge round bale of hay which looks lovely, but discovered lots of yellow/orange flowers on long stems in the hay. Thought it might be ragwort, so got in contact with the supplier who said that it was 'dog daisies' and isn't poisonous. We haven't fed any yet. Any ideas??

Hmmmm, maybe just check google for dog daisies. The dog daisies in that link were white, they also called it dog fennel.

Could it be Ox eye daisy in your bale?

No its not them. (But we do have some of them in our garden!)

We initially thought it was dandelions (same colour and size of head) - Especially as there were some on long, non-leafed stems by the arena (which looked like the plant in the hay), but apparantly its dog daisies
