Dog friendly holidays.

Hi i was wondering if you could recommend any holiday cottages that are 2 dog friendly. I have searched the internet but so many say 1 small well behaved pet, which makes me wonder if there welcome at all. I have 2 middle sized 99% well behaved pets. Do they come 100% well behaved i don’t know.

Your comments good or bad would be well appreciated. Many thanks.
Ps if you could recommend any “the middle of no where property that would be great” they never have that as an option to search.

And for how many people??
know of somewhere but its a one bedroomed log cabin??

I live in the East Midlands so anywhere considered

2 adults 1 lab and a springer.

Well we also had touble trying to find somewhere to go-we have 3 dogs!!
We eventually found a lovely log cabin in The New Forest?? possibly too far for you tho??

The new forest always sounds so lovely. the dogs dont mind car travel so i think it would be ok. I no what you mean about finding somewhere though. i have read so many that say under strick control. i can see they dont want them running riot but i got very dishartened.

Have you looked on the dogs trust website? They have a dog friendly cottages section...

Also have found that lots of places will take dogs that don't advertise it... Just ring and ask. Same goes for places that say 1 well behaved dog - I only have on dog, but the last cottage we went to had a visitors book and lots of people had brought two dogs - I guess you just call and see what they say.

Yes i have some information from the dog trust. Some of the places in it didnt except dogs though?! I will have to look on the web site.
