dog groomers, clipper blade help please

I need to get my blades sharpened, but the last time I sent them away they were badly sharpened, in that they seemed blunter when they came back than when I had sent them
I have heard of several companies, some really rave about them, others claim they are hopeless. So who do you use to sharpen your blades, who would you recommend.
