Anyone know of any decent ones in and around this area? Im looking into eventually starting a freelance pet care service- dog walking, puppy visits etc but also want to be able to include grooming in my services.
Anyone? Also anyone who is a full time groomer, do you feel that you receive a sufficient amount of work and that the financial benefits are good? Thankyou!
 
Whereabouts in Hants. There is a dog groomers in Shedfield who may help you get started with course ideas or may offer training.
 
Im in Totton. If you could PM me any contact details I would be most grateful. I did find one course but it cost £3000!!! eek! If that is the going rate then I better start saving!
 
It's ten years since I was at Sparsholt College, but they used to run courses and had what looked like facilities for practising...
 
Oh well, thanks anyway. lol. I do dog walking and pet boarding and am looking to do a C&G course in dog grooming. Am on the waiting lists at Sparsholt College and Kingston Maurward but have been looking at private courses, but they are pretty expensive. That's why I was curious if you found anything :)

I guess I will just have to be patient and wait for the college course. :)
