Hi Everyone, lovely to be part of the forum.
A little about me..... I own and run a dog hotel and have done for the last 5 years. We have decided the time is right for us to sell it, but finding the right people to advertise and sell it for us is a little tricky. We aren't a kennel, with lots of concrete runs with huge overheads, but a four bedroom luxury hotel, bringing in a substantial amount of income without the massive overheads, eg staff. So putting it up with a kennels agency isn't really the place to be as people looking for a kennels wouldn't want a dog hotel, and a residential estate agent isn't going to get us anywhere with someone looking for a business like ours.
Have any of you any suggestions? Ideally I would like to sell it privately, but where.....?
