Dog Interaction classes in Kent

Hi

Does anyone know of any dog interaction classes near Maidstone in Kent I have a 2 year old black male lab will be 3 in May,When I go out for walks with him and dogs come up to him and say hello his hackles come up and he stays by me or comes back to me not wanting to see the other dog I think it is because he has been bullied gy other dogs previoulsy but thought maybe taking him to interaction clases would help him
Any ideas anyone?

There are training classes in Gillingham that i have been thinking about taking my dog to - is that too far?

No I guess not is it dog training classes as he quiet well trained

Do you walk in busy places? our garden backs on to Penenden Heath & the woods, there are always dogs in there & they all seem to be a well socialised bunch, I have a very OTT, JR who just wants to play with every one. may be it would be worth just hanging about some place like that?
