I also use Yumove on my 6 year old dog. I started it six months ago (purely as a precaution as she’s so active).

I use Vetzyme High Strength Flexible Joint with Glucosamine, Chondrointin, MSM and Omega 3 tablets from Amazon for my 10 year old German Shepherd, who developed stiffness in her joints approximately 3 years ago. Her mobility has improved greatly and she no longer shows any sign of stiffness in her joints.
