Hi there, not my dog - just received a phone call about a dog needing rehoming.

He's a white boxer, 6 months old - so probably not castrated yet.. he's sadly deaf in both ears.. Owner cannot cope with him - not had a deaf dog before and is struggling training him so have said she's going to put him down if we cannot find him a home ASAP.

Can anyone help? He's in Mullion, cornwall.. but i'd be prepared to meet someone perhaps half way to drop him off if they wanted him..

Free to good home obviously!

Thanks

Thank you, will past details onto the mutual 3rd party in this..

** if anyone can offer this chap a home, i'm travelling to hereford on sunday and could meet someone anywhere along that line...***

As suggested definately try a rescue, atleast then he will be given (back up)and not passed around when the next home can't cope with him.
Try all the boxer rescues first (they may have foster homes).
The trouble is anyone will take on a free pedigree and not understand the extent of his needs and esp if he is free, you could be passing him to a fate far worse than death by literally passing him to the unknown:( lest not forget the free dogs that have been offered up as bait dogs.
