I don't know of any dog physios off the top of my head but I'm a McTimoney-Corley Animal Spinal Therapist (chiro for animals!) and I'm based near Banbury so depending on which side of Northants you are I could treat her for you. Of course if you specifically want a physio then that's not much use but in my experience chiro is a more effective treatment in many cases.
Thanks for your reply. I'm just on the eastern side of Northampton. If you are near banbury are you anywhere near Aston-Le-Walls/Brackley or that area?
I don't know if you have read my previous posts but I'm worried about my Dog, Jess.
She has done flyball very successfully in the past couple of years but in the past month or 2 she has seemed tired and lethargic in the afternoon races. then on Sunday she started double striding over the jumps, something she has never done before.
She's been to the vet and nothing untoward has shown up from a complete examination and 2 blood tests, other than very slight Aeneamia (sp) just about 1 point below normal range.
Further tests on this showed nothing.
Sorry about life history!
anyway, spoke to vet again today and he says to get her checked by a Physio/chiro or something. hence my post.
If you think you may be able to help then pleasepm me with where you are and how much please.
many thanks.
I just want to get to the bottom of why my dog is not happy.
Sorry Goya I don't know anyone local. have you tried speaking to Moulton College as I know they have hydrotherapy etc there - maybe able to give you some info?
Sorry - have seen brownmare might be able to help - fingers crossed!
