I know this is a dog question, but I thought you might be able to help me too.
My 5months old border collie is really sensitive to the cold, especially at the minute since its started snowing, we are going to wales for my boyfriends birthday to brecon beacons, so obv going to be even colder, possibly even snowier, so I wanted to get him a dog rug which my vet recommended I do.

Anyone have any suggestions for makes etc? I don't want to be spending masses as he will be soon outgrowing it, but I will need one for him for the 16th!

Thanks

good to know im not being silly or poncy about this! its nice to know other people use them too!

Ye I think I might get the weatherbeeta one from Equestrian Clearance, just annoyed they don't do the deluxe version! poop!

o well, dad says he will pay for part of it so I may splash and spend £15 on the deluxe! (my dog is SPOILT!)

I bought my roughty toughty, but now elderly collie cross a Masta Hi Viz coat with fleece liner for £10 from local Countrywide or Mole Vally store. i thought he'd hate wearing it, but he loves it. And now he's a bit deaf I can see him in the dark when he's mouching round the yard and he's safer if he should wander off towards the road. They do get dirty quickly but wash well.
