Hi Guys just wondered if you have any recommendations for a trainer / behaviourist in Hertfordshire i'm in Harpenden. I have just moved in with my boyfriend with my 3yr old staffie i've had since a pup and they are not getting on great! I wondered if he took him to some training it might help!? I really want this to work out to will try anything. Thanks x

No advice but well done for seeking help with this and I hope you get it sorted.

Also try asking Cayla for help on here (just to add to her workload

) as she may have some tips for you.

It might not be close enough to you but I wouldn't hesitate in using Barking Mad in Gravely, Hertfordshire. It's near Stevenage/Hitchin. It is run by Richard Clarke ( dog borstal) and I have been going there for about 3 yrs now.

My geography is nasty and Im in Glasgow so apologies for the ignorance but a fantastic dog behaviourist is Sarah Fisher at Tilley Farm. I'd give them a call cause if you can't go there she has people who have trained with her all around the country.

They have a dog assessment charge to download. It might be worth getting your OH to have a go with your dog and mark down on the chart the results. If you do on too you could compare to see if there is anything specific your dogs objecting too.

But that's just a guess.
