Hi there!!!
I've been a lurker for a while, I've finally decided to be brave and join in now I have a question to ask!!!
My husband and I are considering moving to Alnwick in Northumberland. We've been there loads on holiday and love the area, however we've never had the dogs with us when we've been before.
I'm having a bit of trouble finding any good information about local dog walking spots, other than the fact both Hulne Park and Alnwick Gardens now don't even allow dogs in on leads
I know there was talk of dogs being banned from various beaches in the summer months as well.
Is there anyone here who can shed some light on how dog friendly it is there? Ideally we'd like somewhere within walking distance of the town for quick, off-lead walks and also somewhere within about 15 minutes drive or so that'll allow for a good few hours of off lead walking as well.
