dog with a crusty nose

my dog has wierd crusty bits on the top her nose, the vet looked at it while she was having a check up and said it was hyperkeratosis.
does anyone know of any type of cream or something to put on it?

My boxer has it. Whatever you put on he just licks off. You can try vaseline or human lipsalve.

Our boxer used to get it too. Didnt put anything on it didnt stay on!!
