Hi all..
My likkle dog has somehow damaged one of his claws (one of the ones on the inside legs.)
He's managed to basically 'snap' his claw in half, but it's still attached. I know they're blood vessels in each claw and unfortunately it seems he has hit it.
It's bent to the side now.
I am aware that if it gets worse I should take him to the vet, but as I have no transport until later this is impossible. I also don't want to go rushing to the vets if it can be fixed at home.
I have cleasned it with alcohol free wipes, warm water and attempted to put a bandage on, but he's chewed it off.
I know all mummy's worry and dogs will be dogs! He is very happy in himself, jumping around, sleeping, running and only seems 'lame' when he's clipped the claw.
Any advice welcome
Brews and biccies for those still awake!
