My dog has a really loud gurgly tummy - she is fine in herself and not sore when I press her tummy. Should I be worried?!

i wouldnt of thought so, gurgling noises mean the bowel's working!

Has your dog been wormed recently??
As dont want to worry you but when my dog had a gurgly tummy it turned out he had worms

My whippet always gets a gurgly tummy (extremely loud) when she's eaten something she shouldn't have. She has a very delicate digestion.
