Dogs and cats and getting on

Me and my cat have just moved in with my boyfriend and a dog. Dog is very laid back and just wants to be friends. Cat growls and hisses at every opportunity! Cat accepts being in the same room as dog, but dog just has to move and cat growls. Will cat get over it?

We always bring ours up so that dogs accept cats are boss - they all get on fine. Sounds like your dog is quite laid back so they should be fine after a while!

Ahhh, well it takes two to tango and dog sounds very chilled about it all - Cat will soon realise that dog is just a moving hot waterbottle and something that provides a tail to jump on and will stick to him(??) like glue
