Dogs on the Dole, channel 4

It was heartbreaking seeing the ignorance out there but as a programme I think they did a good job educating the general public about the huge dog breeding problem in this country. I have huge respect for The Dogs Trust for getting out there and trying to get people to neuter/spay,chipping and vaxing their pets, they must feel they are banging their heads against a brick wall. I just wanted to give that man with that awful unhealthy bulldog a good slapping for wanting to stud his dog.
 
I have not watched but two friends who I thought were sensible and one two litters of puppies very year, the other has just let her cross breed young bitch get caught. The thought of £200 a puppy , and 'it didn't mean to happen' as an excuse seems to make it OK.
Everything here gets the snip, except the husband.
