Somebody help me!
This group came up as a suggested post on my FB and, as horrific as I feel the treatment and consumption of dogs is, I can't help but feel these lot are mis-guided in what they are trying to do yet people are giving them money and saying how they would help rehome these dogs!
I feel the money could be better spent educating the countries or at least improving the welfare of the dogs if consumption of dogs is going to continue. However, they seem intent on bringing these dogs back to the UK. What I wrong with these people? Do they not see the issues we have here already? In response to my posts questioning them, they have replied saying the government here need to sort the UK problems out! I just see it as charities like these adding to the issue!
Anyway, if anyone would like to comment/view the misguided public's comments, here is the link (apologies to those who don't have FB). I just despair - having just see that whole Romania dog 'rescue' debacle unfold.
