As I've often mentioned on here, my eldest greyhound has no teeth left at all now. This means her tongue lolls out most of the time, and I have noticed that the end of her tongue gets very dry and causes her slight discomfort a lot of the time.

Has anyone experienced this with their dog, and is there anything I could do to help her? She eats and drinks without any problems and is as happy as anything, she doesn't miss her teeth at all :D

Most supermarkets do it now, usually cheaper from the 'ethnic' aisle rather than with the overpriced middle class organic olive oil. :p

My first response to the thread title was 'can give you a nasty suck', sorry :o :p

Thanks BC :) I am lol at your first response - yes, she can :D - but it is really handy when giving her tablets now cos I can't get bitten :p
