I know our Dr instructor always tell us if we take the horse away we should be on our feet
However landing on your feet is extremely dangerous.
It can break you back or neck or cause a fractured skull, not too mention breaking ankles BADLY (like me) and knees etc
I had no idea how risky it was until I did mine and then trained as a first responder for the ambulance service
