OK my cob is a real fussy eater when it comes to his hay,you would believe that if he was hungry he would eat it...oh no not him he would rather starve and stare at it all night! (Now't wrong with it all the other 8 horses on yard tuck in!) So with the current situation hay is a problem here(In the F&M 3K zone) my yard has a feed and tack shop business at the front of yard....new hay is slowly coming in, has too, as this business supply's alot of big horse yards round here!We have been told to mix with old hay...but this is a no go for the cob,and I don't want him just living on Horseage Blue...so had a chat with YO and she said 'Well he is a cob he should eat anything!!!'.....IMHO you cannot 'Stereotype' a horse...what do you think!
PS:-As of this morning the cob ate his hay as a different batch!
