Sure, wasn't uber-cold out there, just a tad nippy riding out in the open with the wind as it is.....

Good job neddy is a good girl and put up with me shivering away and tucking the reins up my sleeves.....

So what can't you do without on a ride but if you forget it, it's not the end of the world...? (and no, I'm no talking about forgetting the horse, saddle, hat etc.... )

I appear to turn into a numpty without my half chaps, god knows what happens to my lower leg but it's not pretty! If I leave them in the house (and am too lazy to go back for them) I do find stable bandages make an appropriate substitute

it used to be a schooling whip with taz to back my leg up when he started to nap but he has been out for work for a while so when he goes out he quite enjoys the change of scenery. i do sometimes wear rounded spurs in lou for carrying a whip just to keep him moving forward rather than backwards and up though!

with rio its my brave knickers seriously if i forgot them then i dont think i would last long... oh and a sports bra! hes so bouncy that well, everything goes everywhere!

Body warmer for me. Whatever weather I'm too hot with sleeves too cold without it. It's also got proper pockets... And always makes me feel a little less safe without it on, even though I know it offers no protection.
