Please can you guys help me :o

I am buying some bits for my boss' horse, I know the horse very well, have looked after and ridden him for over 5 years. I am unsure what size bits to get I am looking at the NS slimma Weymouth and the Verbindend Loose Ring Snaffle (Bradoon Rings)

Links below:

I need some help with the sizing, are both your bits the same size? He is in a tranz logenze fulmer currently, it is 5 1/4 inches, I was planning on getting both the bits in this size, the snaffle would be too big in this size ordinarily but as it will need to sit "higher" and is a loose ring I figured that would not be a bad thing  I can fit a DB so will be fine once it arrives could just do with some help as to whether to order the same size bits or if they need to be different sizes

Sorry for the rambling, any help appreciated :)

Lasagne, vino and a naughty TB for any help :D

Measure his mouth with a piece of dowelling, place in his mouth and mark beside the corner of the mouth each side.

Measure between the marks - this is the size for the curb - for the bridoon go a ½" bigger.
