Hi

Quick question about the fitting of double bridle bits - they are not suppose to touch each other - or so I was lead to believe. However when fitting mines the middle part
(bridoon lozenge ) I'm sure touches the weymouth, although this was at rest and with contact prob not! Did not have help to see if that was case.
If I drop the weymouth down a hole it does look far too low.

Any input>?

In general the bridoon sits a bit higher than a normal snaffle and the curb a little lower than, say, a pelham would. Hard to tell without a picture.
