Hi all,
Looking for some advice. So Show season is fastly approaching & I need to sort out a double bridle over the next wk or so.
Now I am a bit clueless when it comes to bridles so looking for some recomendations.

Preferably I want to Show in a Pelham as really dont want to put 2 bits in her mouth, is that acceptable for the show ring? ( small hunter & coloured)

Links to any decent bridles online which arent going to break the bank please - & I like hunter style bridles..

I always thought it was correct to show in a Pelham?
but then again, I'm not an expert.

I have a hunter bridle by collegiate and I was quite impressed. the quality is really
good for the price (think it was £70)

Pelham as acceptable as a double though I know of one judge who doesn't like pelhams but that is their personal point of view.

No idea re make of bridle as mine is ancient but have a look at Fylde saddlery website (not sure if they just do saddles) and possibly look at the tack for sale on horse gossip which is a showing website.

Rugby Pelhams seemed to be preferred but you must use a Bradoon strap/slip head (cheap in eBay).

You said you like hunter type bridles but what type of horse do you have and what classes Do you do? X
