No need to PM - he's as good as the next man and I have known some real honest sorts come through his hands. He's been around too long and has too good a reputation to sell dodgy horses. As with any purchase from anyone, be honest about your abilities and even understate them. All dealers are sellers and although they will not point you to a horse which is unsuitable for you in their opinion, if you insist on going ahead on a horse after it has become apparent you are not well matched, they normally go by the maxim 'the customer is always right'
