No, Russel T Davies is doing four (I think) specials next year & then Steven Moffat is taking over for series 5 in 2010. I'm not impressed at next year not having a proper series

DT is doing Hamlet so thats why theres no full series next year and they haven'tconfirmed whether he's coming back for a full series after that
