Dress advice for cubbing please

Should probably be in hunting but there are more people in here.

I'm going on Tuesday for the first time in absolutely years, wearing brown tweed, can my tie be patterned or does it need to be either black or plain?

I 'phoned a lovely lady at the hunt who said I can wear what I like, but I don't want to look silly or break a dress code rule. Tie is brown like the jacket, and not bright or gaudy, just has a bit of a pattern on it.

I wear a polka dot navy/green one, but as long as your clean and tidy, whatever you choose will be fine. Have fun!
