I would perhaps not go for a white shirt and go for something more nuetral like a yellowy/cream. Hacking jackets are prefered in brown or green tweed and you are left with lots of tie colours that could work well. Put all the colours together and pick something that works well with your horse to.
What do you wear for local level classes, it should be pretty much the same if your corectly turned out already?
You can wear spurs or dummy spurs if you dont need them.
What bit do you use for hunter classes now? A pelham or double would be more correct. If using a rugby make sure you get a slip head too! Depends what your horse goes best in I guess?
I only do local stuff and use a pelham as this is what works for us.
Well I have a green tweed jacket, Yellow shirt with green tie with yellow spots. Canary jods, blue hat and showing cane and long leather boots.
For horse My horse is in a hunter bridle with double bit as he doesnt really suit a pelham. I ride him in snaffle everyday but he looks the part in a double bridle but that is the pref of my horse and he likes it so much better than a pelham.
