Dressage and NH - could they help each other?

Im a bit of a saddo because when I see NH I automaticaly think National Hunt. I was going to reply to your post by saying that Best Mate was schooled to dressage standards but Ihave no knowledge of what you ask.

I've looked into this before - mostly as I started doing a project at college based around dressage training methods and NH was one I wanted to include.
In all reality, I do think it's a bit of a money making scheme, just like a lot of NH is.
I mean... really, if you have enough (un)common/'horse' sense then you will be capable of creating a good bond with your horse. My horse certainly seems to like me well enough :p And providing that you are sympathetic & train correctly, why should it make a difference? If you don't ask the horse questions, it probably wont offer up many answers. But if you ask too much, it'll tell you to sod off most of the time! Is that not just sensible? How else would you go about it!?

'Having seen Linda Parelli do 'dressage' - no.
S :D

Linda freely admits that she's still got a lot to learn and she's taking lessons, so she can be the girl in fringes in the video. I think it might be more useful to look at some other dressage riders - Lauren Barwick, Luis Lucio and Karen Rohlf.
