Went on to get N27 and because buying two is better value, added N22. Paypal was not playing ball so had to use another credit card and must have checked wrong box so ended up with ANOTHER N21, which I already have.

Soooo cross as was on fourth try to get DD.com to co-operate.

Am totally fed up and still haven't heard back from Paypal as to what it thinks my password is.

Is it me or is the site bllx all use?

I find them really helpful, I did the same as you once and just emailed them and they added the correct one to my folder straight away. They are very helpful.
 
I have just got an E-mail from them to say they have replaced mine, too! Paypal was being a real pain - even more so as I wasn't trying to use it and it kept trying to tell me I was. I had to try four times and think that's when I checked the wrong box. Poor guy must think I'm mad and is probably wondering how I manage to get down the centre line in one go! Will amend the grrr post immediately.

I think both paypal & dd are fab when they work, but totally infuriating when they don't cos you end up stuck on a screen with a stupid error message that you don't understand & no matter what you click on, it won't do what you want.

When I first used dd, I couldn't get to any tests...I just couldn't find the right thing to click on!! I e mailed the guy (who must have thought I was totally retarded) & he was really helpful, but at the time I was tearing my hair out.

If you REALLY want some fun, try realising when your horse is loaded & you should have left 5 mins ago that you've got an outdated version of the test, then have both Paypal & dd having hissy fits, then have your compu refusing to talk to the printer...
