Well I must say i'm very pleased with the little poncy pony, he has only really jumped a handful of times but he really seems to have taken to it .

He is only 5 and as title denotes my main interest for him is dressage however I enjoy jumping and as luck would have it he seems to rather enjoy it too. We had a lesson tonight and he just popped everything like he does it every day not once a month. We had a couple of real misses but to be fair they were my fault (very rusty, it would seem once a month is not really enough to keep my eye totally in). He however just ignored me and got on with the job regardless of pillock on board, bless him! We were only jumping small (between 85-90cm) however he is making it look pretty titchy on the pics.

Very proud of him. Anyway here are a few pictures of the beast please let me know what you think -

These are a really decent size - well done you :-)

As flat work can really improve your jumping then I am sure it works both ways !!

Get out and do some farm rides / x-country if he's brave you'll have a whale of a time

Thanks guys, he's a real dude! I used to do alot of sj and eventing but my horse I did it on has been on and off for a few years and recently I've really started to miss leaving the floor. So it looks like Neo will have to step up to the mantel and turn his hand to it as well as doing circles, which I think to be fair to him, he is more than happy to do :)

Ace_high no he's not really he's about 16.1hh but compared to my others who are 17hh + he seems like a pony in comparison and I just end up refering to him that way, probably need to stop doing it though as he is officially well into horse territory :)
