Finally won a treeless barefoot on ebay so now I need a girth. My friend used a barefoot girth but these seem expensive. What are peoples experiences with thorowgood dressage girths? I have them on my GP saddles and have never had a problem infact they must be 6years old now.

Also how do I measure for a dressage girth?

I use any old dressage girth on a treeless:D

Quick rule of thumb - the dressage girth is normally half the length of a normal girth so if a horse normally wears a 48" girth, he'll need a 24" dressage girth.
