Dressage Instructor Herts

Does Dan Sherriff still teach? He used to be in bayford and used to travel to my yard and was excellent. I'm not in Hertford anymore so I don't know if he still teaches.

I'm interested to know if you found an instructor - and how it's going. I have just started working with one, first lesson today, but she isn't near Hertford so I am paying travel costs. very good though!

I haven't got round to ringing anyone yet; have just moved house and also need to ask yard owner if it's OK to have a different instructor to hers but not a great time at the moment (long story!). But I'll send you a PM if I do find someone good.

Ok thanks, I hope things sort themselves out!

It seems there are some fantastic trainers out there. The one I have just started working with is lovely, with a focus on dressage and flat work. I really like her approach (very nice and not scarey!), so despite the extra travel costs I am happy. She is based in the Chilterns so if anyone is looking around that area I would recommend her - http://www.pippahequestrian.com/

I was so desperate to find someone and after one lesson feel such relief to be making progress :) happy rider, happy horse!
