Dressage instructors in Central Scotland

As title really...

I'm looking for recommendations for dressage/ flatwork instructors. I am based Central Scotland so within that area or within an hours travelling distance.

Extra points if you can tell me the approx. cost per lesson.

Where about in Central? It's quite a big area.

Is it dressage specifically or flatwork in general?
