Dressage Legal Bits

Does anyone know of any bit similar to that of a Waterford?
My horse doesn't appear to be happy in anything other than...
Even a french link he dislikes!
This is going to pose a bit of a problem at the BE events that I want to do this year with regard to the dressage phase. He just seems to fix himself against anything apart from the blessed Waterford.

Hmmm I dont know of one that is BD acceptable. Have you tried the Neue Schule bits tho? They are different to the french link and we have had a good deal of success with them with Gen who also hated the french link. Heather there is excellent to speak to and wont sell you anything for the sake of it.

I had one who leaned on anything so we went to a loose ring waterford, however for flatwork he does go quite happily in a Myler comfort snaffle so if you know anybody with one it might be worth trying (the one without loops is dressage legal)
