Dressage legal spurs??

Does anyone know if the "impulse spurs" are dressage legal? they're the ones which have a rubber type ball that swivels so that they don't mark the horse. i've seen loads of sjers use them and i find them great. i haven't given them a great description but if you copy and paste the link below you can see them. they are item m10!

According to the 2007 BD rule book 'spurs that have a smooth rotating rubber or plastic ball on the shank are permitted' so it looks like they would be ok.

If in doubt then e-mail the question to BD. They are very helpful.
