Well 2 question.
First one, can i wear martingale stopper higher up my reins. I'm using them to mark where my hands need to be on my reins as i keep letting them get too long, Don't say use tape as i find the stopper easier to use.

Question 2: For unaffiliated can 2 different people ride one horse, say one person ride in one prelim (class 1) and another ride in the other prelim (class 2)

Thanks

Question 1 - You'll get away with it, yes, although it won't look very neat.

Question 2 - Yes; you can even do this at affiliated level

Yes to both certainly the second question and as I ride with martingale stoppers on my reins I can't see an objection being made to where they are positioned certainly at unaffiliated.

Hi Sarah...hope all is well with you.

Re: stoppers on reins....I do this too, but use elastic bands,as they are not so visible to judges, but are enough for me to remember if my reins have slipped.
Good luck at the dressage... your favourite;eh?

Hi,
Have you tried continental reins, they are great for making you keep your reins at the correct length. I wouldn't be without mine!

hi Bubblegum. Yes horses are fine, off to Carlton BE on the 25th July. Are you doing Isleham ODE next month ?.

Might try bands. It's just i have been using the round martingale stop to help me and just found them very easy to see when my hands moved and as it's my most favourite discipline
