SO my girl and I had out first outing of the year this weekend, P17 which did not go well! I stopped riding for some reason and completely lost the connection que an awful lot of spooking and breaking in the canter, still managed a 66% so ill take it and remember to keep riding next time!
We also tried out very first novice test......which went super! Poor miss c was a bit tired by this point so we lost a little bit of the impulsion in the canter and went onto the forehand in the medium but our trot work felt much lighter and very springy indeed! Our medium trots were not our best and to be honest I think she had lost patience a little bit by this point scoring a 5.5 and a 6! Super pleased with a score of 67%!
So pleased and will need to get myself our some more, hopefully next time I wont be such a nervous wreck and can actually ride properly!
