I have never owned a dressage saddle and always thought I would struggle as I have tight hips.
A friend is selling her Fairfax Gareth dressage saddle and offered to let me try it as I had the saddler there we checked it fitted.
I have a chunky ish and it fits her nicely.
I'm a small woman but found it surprisingly comfy and saddler says I have a long hip to knee length and fits me as well.
I've since been advised it's more of a man's saddle and I should try something else.
Is that correct as it's a whole new world to me
