Hi,

I am looking for a dressage saddle for my welshy, he is in a wintec gp at the moment extra wide gullet (white)

Here is a picture of him, I like the look of the Wintec Isabell Dressage Saddle, but there aren't many around, he is only 16.5. I am looking for something with a deep seat too, don't mind leather or synthetic

What are your opinions on the CAIR system? Ive heard bad things, should i keep away and stick to flock?

I looking to spend £300-£500

My local saddler has nothing that fits him at this time, help :D

Due to the very flat shape of a Welshy's back, you might struggle with getting a proper deep seat on a dressage saddle to fit.

Ideal Jessica is what I used on my Welsh D. It doesn't have a huge knee roll but has enough to keep you in place if like my mare, your horse takes hold and attempts to tow.

I have a warmblood x welsh D mare and I have an Albion platinum ultima dressage saddle, its fits my mare lovely.

I used an Albion dressage saddle on our cob, it was fitted with 'Flair' air panels (very similar to Cair) and I found it equally comfortbale for us and our cob :D
