Can anyone recommend a dressage saddle for an ID, pref for under £500?

I currently have a Wintec Isabel Werth which was great on my WB but isn't the right tree shape for my ID. I'm looking for second hand but finding an xw saddle with a 17 1/2" or 18" seems just about impossible.:(

I was going to say Wintec, because that is the one that I used on my ID which is an xw and when I did use it fitted her really well. Mine was not the worth one not sure if that would have made any difference.

Thanks :) Isabel's are a very different feel to ride on to the normal Wintecs but I would have assumed they are the same basic tree shape. Does anyone know?

Albions have a nice big gullet and decent shape for a wider flater back type. Might be worth a go with a k2 if your local saddler has one you could try? Second hand should be around your budget and they hold their value :-)

Try looking for an LM Lavinia Mitchell saddle for him. Nice wide gullet for his spine, good wide weight distributing panels and soft flocking to keep him comfy.

They are great.

I have a Jeffries Elite dressage saddle for my ID which fits her beautifully and is nice and long as she is quite deep I'm the body. Everyone who has ridden in it comments on how comfortable it is.
