I am posting in the hope that someone in the know out there will be able to help.. Is there a dressage saddle with adjustable gullet and surface mount knee blocks and the deepest seat you can get away with on a flatter tree, in existence? This to fit to a lively irish x welsh cob with some topline, low wither but not the flattest back in the world, whom I want to get to elementary level or further if possible. Currently goes nicely in a Kent & Masters cob dressage which fits like a glove, but I want to get wedged in with the surface knee blocks! I would love a K&M S Series, but know it won't sit quite right because of tree shape and longer length of gullet plate on the round cantle models. My saddler is currently looking around, but thought I would put this out there as fitting saddles to cobbie backs always seems to be an issue!
