Hi guys, I was wondering whether someone could help me.

I need a leggy stallion in modern type which passes on uphill movement (and big round canter) as well as good brains as I can see a bit of typical Negro baby in the mare (Everdale x Jazz). So - clever and sensitive. I want to avoid adding more Jazz in there.

Any ideas? (Stallion preferably from European studs as the mare is also in EU)

Any help appreciated. If anyone ever bred from Everdale or heard what he goes well with I'd love to hear some opinions too!

Thanks xxx

If you want good brains you might want to avoid Millenium, he isn't exactly known for being easy himself (at least not as younger, he seems to have calmed down a bit). His offspring also seem to be "interesting" to handle.

Your username actually makes me want to suggest the danish warmblood stallion Hesselhøj Donkeyboy, who came second for 7-year olds in this years young horse championship. Amazing walk. Lovely uphill trot and canter and his offspring are known for their lovely mind.

yes if you want easy avoid Millennium....

Thanks guys, it's so difficult to choose easy going one as really studs tend to state on nearly every stallion description that they are... when in fact they are not.

Regarding Hesselhøj Donkey Boy - he is a lovely moving fella and my username is no coincidence - it does come from him.
As much as I would like to use Donkey Boy, I saw a statement on his page (Katrine Lunds stud) that this year is his last year on chilled semen. No information regarding next breeding season, not sure what they are planning to do, so I would like to have some options.
