My treeless saddle needs the dressage style leathers with a loop at the top to go over the bar and then a sort of sliding buckle with a stud in it lower down the leather to adjust the length. However, they are not really up to hunting as the holes stretch quite easily and the little stud that goes through the hole pops out and slips down to the next hole, which is entertaining, although not insurmountable, at a flat out gallop. I have only had the saddle about 18 months but I am on my second pair of leathers. I could make different holes but the same thing will happen before the end of the season. And no, not going hunting is not an option! Does anyone have any recommendations about what leathers I could use. Conventional ones are not really right for this saddle as the bar is right underneath my thigh and three layers of leather and a buckle would be a tad uncomfy! Thanks!

you can get the wow saddle stirrup leathers which just have the loop to attach to the bar and then they are adjusted at the bottom, i think u can see them on www.wowsaddles.com
i kow there are others but i cant think of them!

I was looking for some too, but my treeless has rings, not bars so haven't found any. I just use synthetic leathers from my old saddle and they don't actually dig in. I looked at the wintec webbers, but they have a loop at the top.

I have bates webbers and I'm really pleased with them. I did have some jefferies ones but they were useless, so bought the bates ones instead

Get some made, it won't cost you that much more than buying off the shelf. Just change the design of the stud to a buckle..
