My 10 year old daughter entered a local dressage competition at the weekend and she came 4th. She was so fantastic, the pony was first class and very obedient and listening to her. They looked great as a team and she has worked so hard with him. She was the youngest by a large margin and one of only a few who had learnt the test off by heart.

Lots of her friends just want to jump, but she will have a go at anything. She wasn't expecting to get anywhere and was really excited. She couldn't believe she has competed against adults and beat most of them. I am so proud of her.

I hope that is a picture of her (never posted one before). That was a week or two ago just waiting to start a cross country course, but practising her dressage test as part of her warm up. You can't practise jumping as a warm up with him as it is far too exciting!

That's fantastic! Well done her & the super pony!
