Dressage test advice please!

Personally I would always go for A, difficult to say what will get better marks as at unaffiliated it will depend on the judge.

But option A will leave you and the horse feeling better and happier and a good experience for next time so worth it for that alone!

Am going to have 45 mins to warm up as am taking someone with me that is due in at 10.15, so will do lots of lateral work and shoulder fore and hope that the atmosphere gives her some oooomph

Ha ha - I wish N was on her knees after 45 mins warm-up - unfortunately, I'm always ruined before she is!!!

I would go for A, as I had a similar problem with a mare from work (posted about it ages ago) and decided on everyones advice to just sit quietly and be accurate. Well I did that and she ended up working really well (until she threw her toys out the pram and started bucking but ignore that point

)
